As a courtesy for all guests, below are my policies and booking info. Please read over ALL the information PRIOR to scheduling and let me know if you have any questions! Communication/Inquiries: Text message/E-mail are the best way to reach me. I am available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. I will respond to all inquiries within two business days. I am not available Saturday’s or Sunday’s. I do ask for your patience on Holiday weekends as response time may be longer than usual. If you haven’t received a response within three business days please resend your message. Booking/ Booking Fee For new guest, a non refundable booking fee is due to reserve appointments. The booking fee will go towards your service total. For existing guest, a debit or credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This card info will be saved to your client profile for future appointments. You will not be charged until after your service is complete.*See cancellation policy below* Cancellations & No Shows I ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all scheduled appointments as an opportunity to fill that appointment slot. However, failure to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee of original service scheduled and will be charged to the card on file. Clients that fail to call and cancel or No Show will be charged 100% of services scheduled. Clients that cancel 3 appointments consecutively will be required to put down a 50% non-refundable deposit for future appointments. Late Arrivals: I allow all of my guest a 5 minute grace period after appointment start time. I ask if you are going to be more behind than that to please let me know ASAP. Being late to your appointment affects the guest scheduled after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you may have to forfeit services desired for that session, reschedule and are subject to a 100% fee of original services scheduled. No Kids & Extra company I only perform services on adults and children 10+. Children of any age are not allowed in the studio during guardians appointment except if they are receiving services as well. I want your appointment to be a relaxing experience. So therefore, I ask that you find child care elsewhere during your appointment. I have a small studio so I kindly ask you don’t bring anyone else to your appointment with you. Thank you for understanding. Refunds/Exchanges: All product sales and services are final. No Exceptions. Service Guarantees: I want all of my guest to be happy with their services, I strive to have great communication and provide a positive experience for every guest. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your service you must contact me within 7 days after the service to discuss adjustments. *I only guarantee my color & texture services when you purchase the recommended take home care from me. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for ALL cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services and are required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit for future appointments.
